Produce by Les Cave des Buxy from a six hectare east 7 south east facing vineyard, the fruit is fermented and then aged on its lees in stainless steel and allowed to go through Malolactic fermentation before being bottled. On the nose you get these wonderful aromas of lemon peel and white flowers with a minerality coming through from the background, on the palate you get the citrus and white flowers, then surprisingly hints of toast and vanilla come through, with a bountiful yet softer acidity is then backed up by the minerality all combining to produce something that punches well above it's weight!
